A workout designed with intention—especially for this season of life.
CTR (Core • Tone • Reform) is a high-energy, Pilates-based class focused on rebuilding and strengthening your core, toning the body, and supporting overall recovery. It’s an especially great option for building strength postpartum—thoughtful, effective movement that meets you where you are, while still feeling strong and energizing.
Set in a neon-lit studio with music and momentum that keeps you fully in it, this class blends intentional movement with an environment that feels fun, immersive, and just a little like a night out.
This class is designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available to make exercises more or less challenging based on your experience and how you’re feeling that day.
This class is typically waitlisted around the clock, but we’ve secured another private, PSS-exclusive session just for our community.
What’s Included:
60-minute private CTR Pilates class
Bottled water, hand towels, and grip socks
Childcare available through the Life Time Kids Academy for ages 3 months + (up to 2.5 hours)
Full access to Life Time amenities for the day, including the café, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, and showers
