PSS Dad Club: Alpha Strength
Private PSS Class at Life Time Plano

Kick off the weekend with strength, camaraderie, and a workout that delivers.
Alpha Strength is one of Life Time’s signature coach-led training classes, combining progressive strength training with explosive, functional movements and a metabolic conditioning finisher. Think strength, power, and conditioning—all in one workout.
Whether you’re new to strength training or work out regularly, the class is designed for all fitness levels, with coaching and modifications throughout to help you get the most from the workout.
After class, we’ll head to the outdoor pool to meet up with the families for a relaxed afternoon together. Grab lunch, cool off in the pool, or enjoy a beer, cocktail, or coffee while the kids play. If you’d rather squeeze in a little extra downtime, children ages 3 months and up are welcome to stay in the Life Time Kids Academy, where up to 2.5 hours of childcare is included.
This event is just for the dads, but don’t be surprised if we plan a co-ed Alpha Strength class in the future—it’s too good not to share.

60-minute private Alpha Strength class
Coach-led instruction
Full access to Life Time amenities for the day, including the outdoor pool, café, locker rooms, sauna, steam room, and showers
Up to 2.5 hours of childcare through the Life Time Kids Academy for children ages 3 months and up
