PSS Book Club: Mad Mabel, by Sally Hepworth
Welcome to the Mad Mabel Cocktail Club — our October Book Club gathering inspired by Mad Mabel.
Join us for an evening of murder, martinis, neighborhood gossip, and plenty of opinions as we gather to discuss the book together.
Wednesday, October 21
6:00–8:00 PM
Private Residence in Plano
The address will be emailed to registered guests prior to the event.
ENTRY
$10 per person
Entry helps cover event supplies and hosting costs for the evening.
WHAT TO BRING
BYOB: Please bring a beverage to share with the group.
Potluck style: Please bring a food, appetizer, dessert, or snack to share.
We’ll be expecting approximately 30 women, so there’s no need to bring enough for everyone — just something to contribute to the table and drink station.
This will be an outdoor gathering, so please dress for the weather and consider shoes that are comfortable for a backyard setting.
Book Club will officially run from 6:00–8:00 PM. Guests are welcome to linger a little afterward, but we kindly ask that everyone plan to depart by 9:00 PM out of respect for our host and her home.
Come ready to sip, snack, talk theories, and decide for yourself just how mad Mabel really is.
